MB Christian's Henry inks with Anderson

WPDE's two time Hoop Zone SCISA Player of the Year is on his way to the Division II ranks. Kendall Christian of MB Christian Academy signed a national letter of intent to play in-state at Anderson University. He joins a Trojans team that went 19-9 last year including a 14-4 mark in the South Atlantic Conference.

Henry finished his high school career with a second SCISA state championship for the Saints in his four year career. In his senior season he averaged 18 points and nearly 11 rebounds a game for a team that went 25-5. Four of the five MB Christian losses came to SCHSL squads Socastee, Waccamaw and Aynor. The Saints scored wins over Green Sea-Floyds, Socastee and Aynor in non-conference play. Henry had 1,507 career points and 803 rebounds featuring 22 double-doubles and one triple-double.
