Mike Tolbert scored three touchdowns in the Panthers win over the Saints.

The Carolina Panthers finished the regular season with a 44-38 win over the New Orleans Saints. Former Coastal Carolina star Mike Tolbert scored three touchdowns for the Panthers. Tolbert had 10 carries for 25 yards, and one reception for 22 yards. Teammate Josh Norman, who also graduated from Coastal, made one tackle for the Panthers.

Ex-Wilson high standout Lawrence Timmons made six tackles for the Pittsburgh Steelers, including two sacks, in a 24-10 victory over the Cleveland Browns.

Denver's Robert Ayers out of Marlboro County made two tackles for the Broncos in a 38-3 win over the Kansas City Chiefs.

Minnesota's Jerome Simpson, who attended Coastal Carolina, had three catches for 39 yards in the Vikings 37-34 win over the Green Bay Packers.

Justin Durant out of Wilson High had six tackles for the Detroit Lions in a 26-24 loss to the Chicago Bears.

Robert Geathers, Jr., a product of Carvers Bay High, had one tackle for the Cincinnati Bengals in a 23-17 win over the Baltimore Ravens.

John Abraham, who played high school football at Lamar High, had two tackles for the Atlanta Falcons in a 22-17 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
