      The South Carolina Gamecocks completed a three game sweep over the Tennessee Volunteers with a 19-2 victory on Sunday in Knoxville, Tennessee. The Gamecocks pounded out 21 hits. Former St. James High star Tanner English went 1-for-4 with two runs scored, one RBI, and a stolen base. Former Conway High pitcher Colby Holmes pitched five innings in relief to pick up a save. Holmes gave up just one earned run and struck out three. The Gamecocks are now 26-7 overall, 8-4 in the SEC.

      The Clemson Tigers beat the Boston College Eagles 1-0 in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. Clemson swept the three game series. Matthew Crownover and Matt Campbell combined on a four-hit shutout. Jon McGibbon drove in the only run of the contest. Clemson improves to an overall record of 21-11, 9-6 in the ACC.

      The Coastal Carolina Chanticleers beat the Liberty Flames 8-6 at Pelicans Ballpark in Myrtle Beach. CCU scored five runs in the first inning and never trailed. The Chants have beaten the Flames 19 straight times. CCU improves to a record of 19-12 overall, 6-2 in the Big South Conference. The three game series will be completed on Monday, April 8 with the first pitch scheduled for noon.
