Coastal Carolina beats High Point, win streak now at 17

Chad Gray scored 17 points with 8 rebounds vs High Point

The Coastal Carolina Chanticleers men's basketball team dominated the High Point Panthers on Thursday night 82-58 in High Point, North Carolina. The Chanticleers extended their win streak to 17, the nation's second longest in division 1 college basketball. Coastal Carolina improved their overall record to 19-2 overall and 10-0 in the Big South Conference.

Kingstree native Chad Gray and Desmond Holloway scored 17 points apiece to lead Coastal Carolina. Sam McLaurin recorded his second career double-double with 13 points and ten rebounds. Coastal shot a blistering 76 percent in the second half to pull away.

CCU's next game will be at the Radford Highlanders in Radford, Virgina on Saturday night at 6 p.m.
