NFL Week 10: Grand Strand & Pee Dee Player Performances

Former West Florence High star Brandon Bostick scored his first NFL touchdown for the Green Bay Packers in a 27-13 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Bostick caught three passes for 42 yards. Former Carvers Bay High lineman Clifton Geathers had one tackle for the Eagles.

Ex-Coastal Carolina great Mike Tolbert had two catches for 16 yards, two carries for seven yards, and made a key fumble recovery, to help the Carolina Panthers to a 10-9 victory over the San Francisco 49ers.

Former Lamar High standout John Abraham had two sacks for the Arizona Cardinals, and Jaron Brown out of Cheraw High made one catch for seven yards, in a 27-24 victory over the Houston Texans.

Lawrence Timmons, who played high school football at Wilson High in Florence, had eight tackles, including a sack, for the Pittsburgh Steelers, in a 23-10 win over the Buffalo Bills.

Another Wilson High alum, Justin Durant, made four tackles for the Dallas Cowboys in a 49-17 loss to the New Orleans Saints.

Denver Broncos defensive end Robert Ayers, who played at Marlboro County High, had one tackle and a quarterback hit in a 28-20 win over the San Diego Chargers. Kwame Geathers, from Carvers Bay, had one tackle for the Chargers.

On Thursday night, former Coastal Carolina wide receiver Jerome Simpson had four catches for 45 yards for the Minnesota Vikings in a 34-27 win over the Washington Redskins.
