Whip Up Your Weekend: Strawberry Romanoff Pies


It might be cold outside, but this pie will certainly make it feel like summertime!


  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 Tb brown sugar
  • Zest of one orange
  • 1 cup of sweetened whipped cream
  • 6 small graham cracker crusts in a small pie tins
  • 2 cups of fresh cut strawberries


  • Mix sour cream, brown sugar and zest in a bowl.
  • Fold whipped cream into sour cream mixture and blend well. Mixture should be stiff.
  • Fill pie shells with the Romanoff filling using a piping bag.
  • Serve with fresh strawberries on top and garnish with a small whole strawberry.
