German chocolate "CUP" cake
- 3 egg
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup pecans
- ¼ cup coconut
- 6 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 2 large mugs
- As needed chocolate shavings and whip cream
Mix egg, powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Whisk together until well blended.
Add coconut and pecans.
Pour mixture into mugs. Microwave for 55 seconds until the cake is cooked.
Top with whipped cream and some extra coconut and chocolate shavings.
