Brown and Smith's daughter tested positive for cocaine and marijuana, according to an Horry County police incident report.

Although police would not release the age of the daughter, from previous encounters with the family, NewsChannel 15 knows the girl is younger than two.

Brown and Smith posted a bail of $10,000 each Tuesday.

Smith was previously charged with involuntary manslaughter in the case of his son's death.
