      Witnesses: Man opens fire in Conway bingo parlor

      A man opened fire in a Conway bingo parlor Saturday night, killing a woman and then turning the gun on himself, according to Conway police.

      Richard Register, 41, of Conway, went into Mill Pond Bingo around 10:47 p.m. Saturday and shot his estranged girlfriend, Ebony Parson, 28, also of Conway, according to Lt. Selena Small.

      J oseph Brown was inside the bingo parlor and described what happened. "A white guy came in with a gun and just started shooting. That's all I remember. I was out. I ran to Applebee's and hid," Brown said.

      Richard Register was arrested on September 4th on charges of kidnapping and criminal domestic violence of a highly aggravated nature, according to Conway Police Sgt. Selena Small.
