(updated 1:16 p.m.) Mullins coach under arrest

The Mullins High School head football coach turned himself in to police Wednesday. He's accused of showing pictures of his penis to a 16 year old student.

According to an arrest warrant released by the State Law Enforcement Division, Gregory Martin Hill showed nine pictures to the student that were taken on his cell phone.

The warrant states, "That on or about August 24, 2010, Gregory Martin Hill did commit dissemination of harmful material toward a 16-year-old female student at Mullins High School, by inviting her into his office during school hours and showing her pictures that he had taken of his penis. Hill, a teacher at Mullins High School confessed to investigators that he had taken several pictures of his penis and while the female student was in his office he did scroll through his cellular phone and presented her with a pornographic picture of himself."

The warrant goes on to say that Hill asked the student not to disclose that he had shown her the pictures.

Each picture constitutes a separate count, resulting in nine counts of disseminating harmful material to minors.

NewsChannel 15 was there when Gregory Hill turned himself in at the Mullins Police Department on the charge Wednesday morning.

Judge Billy Seals set Hill's bond at $35,000 just after 12:15 p.m. Wednesday. The bond comes with some special conditions. Hill must not set foot on high school grounds or attend any activities affiliated with the school. Hill is not to have any contact with his accuser, including email and text messages.

Hill has been on paid administrative leave from Mullins High School since the allegations surfaced last week.

Brian Hennecy has been named interim coach of the Mullins High football team.
