Florence County deputies charged Levelle Holmes, 43, and Kelvin Lyde, 39, each with two counts of Attempted Murder.
Deputies say they shot at two people walking down Old Mars Bluff Road Thursday.
No one was hurt.
A small caliber rifle was found nearby.
Both men are being held at the Florence County Detention Center.
Under South Carolina law, Attempted Murder is a felony punishable by up to 30 years in prison.
