Two men arrested for kidnapping in Florence

Florence County deputies arrested two men for kidnapping and robbery while armed with a deadly weapon.
Deputies say Julius Elliott, 20, used his car to block the victim's vehicle on Brittany Drive. Police say Carlton McCullough, 21, then got in the victim's car, held the victim at gunpoint, demanded money and refused the victim's request to leave.
The two left and deputies found them shortly after.
The victim was not hurt.
Julius Elliott is charged with Kidnapping, Criminal Conspiracy, Armed Robbery While Armed with a Deadly Weapon, Unlawful Carrying of a Pistol and the Unlawful Sale or Delivery of a Stolen Pistol.
Carlton McCullough is charged with Kidnapping, Criminal Conspiracy, Armed Robbery While Armed with a Deadly Weapon, Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime, Financial Transaction Card Theft, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and Possession of Cocaine.
Elliott and McCullough will be held at the Florence County Detention Center until an appearance before a Circuit Court Judge when bond will be considered.
