Teens accused of bomb threat appear in court

Two teenagers accused of making a bomb threat at Carolina Forest High School last Wednesday pleaded guilty.

In court Tuesday, Horry County Judge Lisa Kinon sent them for further evaluation at the Department of Juvenile Justice Reception Evaluation Center in Charleston for no more than 45 days.

The judge will then sentence the teens on June 15.

A third suspect requested to stay in detention until a review hearing on May 11 at 9 a.m. That's when the court will decide if he will remain in detention.

The fourth juvenile pleaded guilty last week. Two adults also face charges.
