Study: Your eating habits are influenced by your friends

There's new information that says who you hang out with could influence how healthy your food choices are.

According to a University of Illinois study of restaurants, researchers found that over three months, people who dined in groups tended to choose items in the same menu categories.

Researchers said one takeaway from this study is that people were happier if they were making similar choices to those sitting around them.

The research suggests that you should always order first because the first person is the only one who truly gets what they want.
