A "Spring Fling" festival will be held June 21 from noon to 5 p.m. in downtown Myrtle Beach.

The 5Points Business Association sent out a news release Thursday morning announcing the festival, which will be free and open to the public.

Traffic will be impacted on some streets in downtown Myrtle Beach the day of the festival. 5th Avenue and 6th Avenue between Alder Street and Broadway will be blocked, as well as the alley in between 5th and 6th.

The event will feature art exhibits, a dessert tasting, live music, a bake sale, sidewalk sale and more. The festival activities will be spread out between 4th and 6th Avenue North on Broadway Street in Myrtle Beach.

The music area will be next door to Studio K at Broadway and 5th Avenue North.
