A South Carolina Law Enforcement Division database which contains 22 years worth of DUI evidence thathas been down for more than a month is now up and running again.
The database contains breathalyzer test results and videos.
SLED officials say none of the files in the database were lost.
Officials say it was down partly as a result of an unstable power issue , which may have been caused by lightning hitting a transformer.
The server being down resulted in DUI cases across the state being postponed.
