Horry County police have charged Robbie Jean Blankenship, 43, with Unlawful Neglect of a Child and Promotion or Participation of Prostitution of a Minor.
She was arrested Wednesday evening.
Police say she knew about an inappropriate relationship between a juvenile girl and Danny Dewayne Hardee, 25, and gained monetarily from it.
Hardee is charged with Kidnapping, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, Lewd Act Upon a Child, and Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor.
Police say they learned the juvenile girl ran away from home to meet with Hardee and was with him during the three days away from her home. Police say there was an ongoing relationship between Hardee and the juvenile.
The juvenile girl was found Wednesday.
Hardee was arrested Wednesday, a short time after the girl was taken into custody.
The girl and another juvenile, 5, are both in emergency protective custody.
Police also arrested and charged Chad Michael Jacobs, 25, of Conway, and Clarence Davis Jr., 71, of Conway, with Accessory After the Fact. Police say both men had knowledge of Hardee and the juvenile's whereabouts and did not provide that information to law enforcement.
Horry County police do not expect anymore arrests at this time.
NewsChannel 15 and CarolinaLive.com do not release names of juveniles or victims of criminal sexual conduct.
