Police looking for Armed Robbery suspect

Myrtle Beach Police are asking for your help in identifying a man they believe committed armed robbery twice.

The man seen in the photo robbed a victim at gunpoint at the Best Western Hotel on the 1800 block of Ocean Boulevard on Friday, according to a press release.

Police say the man then fled north on the beach.

The man is also wanted in connection to an armed robbery at the Landmark Hotel on January 5, and another burglary on Friday.

Police believe the man is around 50 years old with salt and pepper hair that is medium length and pulled straight back.

The man also has a broad nose, said police.

He was dressed in a dark blue windbreaker with a white shirt underneath. He was wearing dark blue sweat pants.

The man was wearing a ski mask at the time of the robbery, said police.

The man is believed to be hanging around hotels on the south end of Myrtle Beach between 6 and 28 Avenue South.
