Police investigate robbery of pain killers at CVS in Myrtle Beach

Police are investigating a robbery at a CVS Pharmacy in Myrtle Beach.

Officers were called to the pharmacy on 38th Avenue North, Tuesday around 12:30 a.m.

The victim said he was standing behind the pharmacy counter when a man walked into the store, approached him and placed a note on the counter demanding Oxycodone, according to the police report.

The victim gave the man over 200 Oxycodone pills, valued around $290, the report added.

The man took off on foot.

No arrests have been made.
