      Police asking for help to find missing woman and 9-month-old daughter

      UPDATE: Elizabeth Alston, 25, and her daughter, Jada Elizabeth Marina-Vucich, 9 months, have been located and both of them are safe, according to Detective Tim Hood with the Bennettsville Police Department.


      The Marlboro County Sheriff's Office is searching for two missing persons, a mother and her 9-month-old daughter.


      Investigators say Elizabeth Alston, 25, and her daughter, Jada Elizabeth Marina-Vucich, 9 months, were possibly last in the Society Hill area of Darlington County on Saturday night, when Alston spoke with her mother by cell phone.


      Alston is driving

      , 2004 Cadillac with SC tag 4702 ER.


      Alston is known to visit a friend at the beach near Highway 544 in the Socastee area.
