Officer leaves force, her harrassment complaint pending

NewsChannel 15 has learned a Darlington city police officer, who filed a sexual harrassment complaint against her chief, no longer works at the department.

An attorney for the city of Darlington confirms Dawn Voglio is off the force, but isn't releasing if she was fired or resigned.

In March, the 10 year veteran officer filed a complaint with the state Human Affairs Commission and the E.E.O.C. against Chief Jay Cox saying he sexually harassed her.

In July, a courtesy warrant was issued against Voglio for disorderly conduct. That case is still pending.
