      Myrtle Beach police looking for man missing after parking dispute

      Update: Police say this man was located Wednesday night.

      The Myrtle Beach Police Department is asking for the public's helping finding a man who walked off from his family after an argument over parking.

      According to an incident report, Virgil Winner, 67, was last seen on Tuesday near Ocean Boulevard and 9th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach.

      A woman told an officer that Winner is a member of her family and he and she argued about parking and Winner got upset and he walked off from the family group toward Ocean Boulevard.

      She said Winner tried to hide from her behind some bushes and she was able to follow him for a time, but lost sight of him.

      The woman told the officer Winner has Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Diabetes and is Bipolar.

      He was last seen wearing a red Ohio State hat, a blue shirt, black swim trunks and sandals. He also has a grey goatee.
