A third man has been arrested in connection to the murder of Helbert Woodberry, 57, whose body was found on Postal Way in the Carolina Forest area November 12.

Mitchell Monroe Weatherall, 32, has been arrested and charged with Murder and Joey Raymond Garsow, 24, has been arrested and charged with Accessory After the Fact of Felony, according to Capt. David Knipes with the Myrtle Beach Police Department.

Knipes said police believe the body is connected to a homicide that happened at the Atlantic View Motel on Flagg Street in Myrtle Beach.

The victim was not found at the crime scene at the motel, but police gathered enough evidence to initiate a murder investigation, according to Knipes.

The arrest report also says that Garsow admitted to investigators that he helped move Woodberry's body to a vehicle so it could be disposed of.

The suspect and victim did know each other according to police, they checked into the Atlantic View Motel together on November first.

Robbery was the motive listed on the arrest warrant.

The two suspects, Weatherall and Garsow are in a relationship, according to their Facebook profile.

Woodberry was registered as a sex offender with the South Carolina Offender Registry, according to SLED's website.

The cause of Woodberry's death still has not been released.

Myrtle Beach police are looking for a vehicle they say may be involved with the murder.

Police say the vehicle is a 1999 white Toyota Corolla with paper tags.
