Myrtle Beach police investigating a series of overnight vandalism incidents

Myrtle Beach police officers are investigating multiple cases of vandalism, that happened on Ocean Boulevard, Monday night into Tuesday morning.

Officers responded to five different locations between 2nd Avenue South and 5th Avenue North.

They said someone used orange spray paint to vandalize a wall at Oceans One Resort at 102 S. Ocean Blvd.

The person spray painted the word "blaze," among other things, according to the police report.

Someone also spray painted "blaze" onto the Sea Gypsy Motor Inns, located at 302 N. Ocean Blvd. That hotel also had its windows vandalized and tagged with the words "LA."

The Windsurfer Motel at 210 N. Ocean was vandalized with the word "SMOKR."

There was also graffiti reported at 307 N. Ocean Blvd. The victim is listed as "MVS Enterprises" in the police report.

Four City of Myrtle Beach trash cans were sprayed with the words "LA."

At this point, no suspect has been identified.
