      Move that tent back!

If you set up a tent on the ocean in Myrtle Beach, you'll be asked to set it up on or behind the line of umbrellas on the beach.

Myrtle Beach City Council set a new rule saying tents must be on or behind the umbrella line, which is the line set by the lifeguards chair, so as not to impede the guard's view of the water.

Also, tents must be at or above the high tide line.

Mark Kruea, the public information officer for the City of Myrtle Beach, says tents and canopies took up too much room when placed in the umbrella line, hence the new rule.
