MBPD: Two shootings reported in Myrtle Beach Saturday afternoon

Second shooting reported in Myrtle Beach. (MGN)

Myrtle Beach, S.C. (WPDE) – Myrtle Beach police are investigating a second shooting that happened Saturday afternoon on Ocean Boulevard.

Officers responded to the Crown Reef Motel for a report of shots fired around 4:45 p.m., but have not found anyone that has been shot or injured as result of the shooting, according to Lt. Joey Crosby with the Myrtle Beach Police Department.

Officers are working to determine if this shooting is connected to the shooting that happened in the parking lot of the Coastal Grand Mall.
