MB Food Truck Festival announces entertainment line-up
Myrtle Beach, S.C. (WPDE) —
The Myrtle Beach Downtown Redevelopment Corporation and the City of Myrtle Beach have released the talent line-up for the 2nd annual Myrtle Beach Food Truck Festival.
This year's event has been expanded to three days, since last year's event was so successful, and will now include a car show, according to a press release.
Organizers have kept the event free to attend and boast 35+ food trucks, beer stations and now a corn hole tournament hosted by Coastal Tailgating.
The event will take place this coming April 20-22 at the Burroughs and Chapin Pavillion Place between 8th and 9th Avenues North in the Oceanfront Boardwalk District.
"We are excited to once again partner with the MBDRC and City of Myrtle Beach to be the official entertainment sponsor of the 2018 Myrtle Beach Food Truck Festival. The event will include over 35 food trucks this year, and what better combination than to have great food with great music and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean in the backdrop," said Tom Raschiatore, general manager of Hyatt Buick GMC.
The entertainment line-up includes some of the best tribute and cover bands in the region, according to the release.

- Tru Sol (6-10 p.m.)
Saturday, April 21:
- Paul Grimshaw Band (11 a.m.-2 p.m.)
- The Bounty Hunters (2;30-5:30 p.m.)
- Trial By Fire- Journey Tribute Band (7-10 p.m.)
Sunday, April 22:
- Dave Matthews Tribute Band (11 a.m.-2:30 p.m.)
- Living on a Bad Name- Bon Jovi Tribute (3-6 p.m.)
The event is still accepting vendors through March 1.
