A Conway man has been charged in connection with a home invasion on October 3rd near Coastal Carolina University, according to Lt. Robert Kegler with Horry County police.
Sean Louis Page, 37, of Conway, was booked into J. Reuben Long Detention Center on Monday and charged with Assault and Battery first degree, Armed Robbery, Burglary first degree and Possession of a Weapon during the Commission of a Violent Crime, according to online jail records.
Page is the only suspect who has been taken into custody in connection with the incident, Kegler said.
The home invasion happened on Quail Road near Coastal Carolina University.
Police were called to the home after four to five men walked into a home, two of them armed, demanded money, forced the victims to lay face down on the floor at gunpoint and assaulted one of the victims, according to an Horry County police report.
A spokesperson for CCU said the campus immediately alerted students through their campus alert system and advised students to stay away from the area.
