David Frenton, 50, has been charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor after police say he invited a mentally disabled 15-year-old into a business and sexually assaulted him October 14th.

The teen was walking near the Salem Junction strip mall on Highway 707, when Frenton invited him into a store, gave him a beer, and then performed a sex act on him, according to a police report.

The victim left and called police, the report added.

The victim's mother told officers her son had been diagnosed with a mental disability.

Frenton was booked into J. Reuben Long Detention Center and released Sunday on a $20,000 bond.
