Juvenile shot after fight in Myrtle Beach

      Myrtle Beach police officers are investigating after a juvenile male was shot overnight, according to a police report.

      Officers were called to a parking lot on the 500 block of South Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach around 2:30 a.m. Monday.

      Witnesses told police that a fight broke out between the victim and a man.

      They told officers the man went into his vehicle, got a gun and then fired several shots in the direction of the victim, according to the report.

      The report said one of those bullets hit a tire on a witness' vehicle.

      Another witness told police they saw the man firing more shots while fleeing the scene in his vehicle, listed as a black two-door Coupe on the police report.

      The victim was taken to Grand Strand Regional Medical Center with a gunshot wound to his leg.

      No arrests have been made, but police are investigating the shooting.

      The police report did not list the victim's age.
