An inmate was found dead in a cell around 6:15 a.m. Saturday at J Reuben Long Detention Center, according to Horry County spokeswoman Lisa Bourcier.
The inmate was Gary Librillo, 52, of Conway according to Deputy Coroner Darris Fowler.
Librillo had been in jail since September 11, 2012.
Lobrillo was being held on a $255 bond for the charge of Unlawful Use of the 911 system, according to Bourcier.
An autopsy done over the weekend shows Lobrillo died of natural causes. No signs of trauma were noted and foul play has been ruled out, said Bourcier.
The final autopsy report is pending until the toxicology results are finalized, which will take between four to six weeks.
