Summer is here which means more people may be wearing less.
But when is too little, too much?
Lifeguard Jordan Howell sees it all.
"Everything from one pieces to nothing," said Howell.
If you show too much skin within the city of Myrtle Beach you can be cited, or arrested.
The city of Myrtle Beach law is as follows:
It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally appear in any public place in such a state of dress or undress so as to expose to the view of others the human male or female genitals, pubic area, pubic hair, buttocks, anus, vulva or any portion of the female breast at or below the areola thereof.
For the purpose of this section only, establishments within which regulated adult businesses are permitted as provided by the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Myrtle Beach.
Some people feel those rules should be stricter.
"If there's a chance for everyone else to see you besides yourself, I don't think it's appropriate," said vacationer Patty Hernandez.
However those who flaunt their bathing suits down the boulevard say they're doing nothing wrong.
"No, everybody else ain't covered up, so why should I cover up?" said vacationer Ashley Aikens.
