Lisa Myers Neugent, who lived in Conway, spoke with her parents, who lived in North Carolina, by phone on September 8, 1999. That was the last time they heard from her.
In 2003, Frank Lloyd Isley, Jr., who was her boyfriend at the time of her disappearance and the last to see her, was arrested in New Mexico. He was extradited to South Carolina on charges of failure to pay child support. Investigators at the time were hopeful he would be the key to solving the missing persons case, but that did not happen.
At the time, Detective Nathan Johnson with Horry County Police Department told WPDE, "The case will remain active. We're still trying to get information about Lisa Myers Neugent's whereabouts. Anyone who has any information is welcome to call the Horry County Police Department."
Lisa Myers Neugent was 22 years old when she disappeared. She is 5'0" and 110 lbs.
She has brown hair and eyes and a tattoo of a wizard with shooting stars on her right arm.
