      Hartsville police locate attempted murder suspect

      Hartsville Police now have Malcom Lisbon, 24, in custody, according to Hartsville Police Chief James Hudson.

      Hartsville police have Malcom Lisbon, 24, in custody after he turned himself in to officers and agents with the U.S. Marshals Service around 12:30 Thursday, according to Hartsville Police Chief James Hudson.

      Police say he shot someone at Pinebridge Apartments on Tuesday night.

      About 8:42 p . m . Tuesday, Hartsville police were called to the shooting at the apartment complex and found the victim in a ditch.

      That person's condition has not been released.

      Lisbon is charged with Attempted Murder and Use of a Weapon During the Commission of a Violent Crime.

      "The Hartsville Police Department greatly appreciates the help of the public as we have been looking for this suspect," Police Chief James Hudson said. "When we work together with the public, we can accomplish a lot."
