Hartsville police are looking for Tyrez Lavor Johnson, 24, for two different shootings.

Johnson is approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and 155 pounds, and is also known by nicknames, "Rex," or "T-Rex," police say.

Police say he's responsible for a shooting on Tillotson Avenue on February 3. In that shooting, he's wanted on two counts of Attempted Murder, and one count of Possession of a Weapon During the Commission of a Violent Crime.

Johnson has been entered into the National Crime Information Center as a wanted person since that shooting.

Police also want to question Johnson in a shooting last night, April 30, at a convenience store at 1316 South Fifth St.

If you know where Johnson may be, you're asked to call the Hartsville Police Department at (843) 383-3010 or (843) 383-3030. An anonymous tip can also be left with Crimestoppers by calling (843) 667-TIPS or 1-888-CRIMESC.

Johnson is considered to be armed and dangerous. If you come into contact with him, police say you should call 911 immediately.
