Groundbreaking held for new town center replacing Robber's Roost golf course

Developers with RealtyLink broke ground on the former Robber's Roost golf course in North Myrtle Beach Monday to make way for the new Coastal North Town Center.

The new complex will house a TJ Maxx, Hobby Lobby, Dicks Sporting Goods, Ross, Rack Room Shoes, PetSmart, Ulta, and Versona Accessories.

Construction is expected to be completed by September 2014.
