      Fourth man arrested in Christmas Eve murder

      A fourth man has been arrested in connection with the death of Antwain Demetrious Jones on Christmas Eve at his home on Coker Street.

      Michael Rashawn Jackson, 25, of Darlington was arrested in Atlanta, Georgia on unrelated charges.

      Sgt. Kimberly Nelson with the Darlington Police Department said Jackson gave Atlanta authorities fake names.

      His fingerprints revealed his identity and that he was wanted by the Darlington Police Department for murder.

      Michael Jackson is being charged with Murder, Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime, Attempted Murder and Armed Robbery. The extradition of Jackson is pending.

      Sgt. Nelson said Jackson, along with several other men, rushed into the home of Jones on Christmas Eve around 8 p.m. with the intent of robbing him.

      Three other suspects have been arrested in this case.

      On Sunday, Jonathan Wesley McCall, 24, of Darlington was taken into custody.

      He's charged with Murder, Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime, Attempted Murder and Armed Robbery.

      Police also arrested Reginald Danyall Smith and Kiarand Myron Bonaparte.

      The Darlington City Police Department is still looking for Jason Jones, 31, who may be driving a brown or tan Dodge Durango, and may be armed and dangerous according to Sgt. Nelson.
