North Myrtle Beach police arrested four people in connection with a sexual assault they say happened on January 12 on Waterway Drive.
According to the police report, the 18-year-old victim said she was invited to a party by Holden Dove, 21, of North Myrtle Beach.
She said was offered a beer and another alcoholic beverage which she drank.
The victim said Dove and Shane Cook, 22, of North Myrtle Beach engaged in sexual activity with her at the same time.
She said she believed she said no, but wasn't sure she was heard due to her feeling "fuzzy and tingly." She also said at one point she tried to tell them to "quit," but couldn't due to the assault.
The victim said when a third unknown suspect began to assault her, she started crying and pushed away the men. She asked for her car keys so she could leave, according to the police report.
She found her keys and ran out of the house looking for her car, which someone moved to a secluded area up the street.
Dove and Cook were arrested Monday and each faces a charge of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Third Degree.
Adar Uzan, 19, of Little River was arrested for Hindering and Obstruction of Law Enforcement and Amanda Carter, 24, of North Myrtle Beach was arrested for Obstructing Justice. We are waiting to find out what connection police believe Uzan and Carter had to the incident.
