First "I-73 for S.C." community education meeting will be this weekend

A group supporting the building of Interstate-73 will hold the first in a series of county-wide meetings this weekend.

The group, I-73 for S.C. will host a community education meeting Sunday, November 20th from 5pm-7pm at Sandy Grove Missionary Baptist Church at 1008 Carver Street in Myrtle Beach.

The group believes I-73 is necessary for the Grand Strand and Pee Dee for economic development, jobs creation, and tourism growth.
