Final suspect arrested for Darlington Christmas Eve murder

Atlanta City police arrested a man for the Christmas Eve murder of a Darlington man.

Jason Jones, 31, of Darlington is charged with the murder of Antwain Demetrious Jones.

Police say around 8:00 p.m., several men rushed into a home on Coker Street with the intent to rob the victim.

Four other suspects have been arrested in this case.

Last month, police arrested Jonathan Wesley McCall, 24, of Darlington, Reginald Danyall Smith, 21, of Florence, Kiarand Myron Bonaparte, 22 and Michael Rashawn Jackson, 24, of Darlington for Antwain Jones' murder.

Each of the five suspects have been charged with Murder, Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime, Attempted Murder and Armed Robbery.
