The Waterway Bridge, also known as the Little River Bridge, is back open at this time, according to the North Myrtle Beach Department of Public Safety. It was closed for about an hour on Thursday morning.

All ramps at the Main Street Connector and Highway 31 are now open.

All other bridges and access ramps in the North Myrtle Beach area are also open.

City officials urge you to exercise caution when driving, particularly after sunset Thursday and in the early morning hours Friday, when the temperature may again return to freezing, and the thaw that occurred today may turn to ice.

South Carolina Highway Patrol troopers have reported numerous non-injury wrecks throughout the North Myrtle Beach area as of Thursday morning.
