The SC Department of Natural Resources has begun searching the Great Pee Dee River in Darlington County again for the body of Angie Pipkin.
High water levels last week caused them to cancel a search.
DNR divers searched the river for Pipkin once before but were unsuccessful.
Pipkin was last seen January 16, when her grandfather dropped her off at the IGA in Aynor to meet a friend.
Her family reported her missing on January 22.
Randy Robinson has been charged with Pipkin's murder. They say he struck and killed Pipkin at his home then disposed her dismembered body in the Great Pee Dee River in Darlington County.
