Deputies: 2 arrested, drugs and money seized in Marion County
Marion County, S.C. (WPDE) —
Deputies say two people have been arrested, and a drugs and money have been seized, after an investigation in Marion County.
According to a news release, on Oct. 18, drug agents served two search warrants--one at a home on East Bond Street, and another at a home on Walnut Street.
Agents say, as a result of the searches, two were arrested.
Those individuals have been identified as Komayne Latrone Brown, 37, and Eric Antonio Hannah, 26.
Brown has been charged with five counts of distribution of cocaine base, third offense, and five counts of distribution of cocaine base near a park. Money was seized during the search.
Hannah has been charged with four counts of distribution of cocaine base, first offense, four counts of distribution of cocaine base near a school, trafficking cocaine base, 10 to 28 grams, and resisting arrest. Crack cocaine was seized during the search.
Brown and Hannah are both being held at the Marion County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing.
