Darius Rucker rocks the house at CCU

Country music fans got their fix Saturday night at Coastal Carolina University.

Darius Rucker rocked the house for more than an hour.

3,300 fans packed the HTC Center at CCU.

The concert sold out in two weeks, with tickets going for $50.

Rucker played older songs from Hootie and the Blowfish and various songs from his eight year career in country music.

Rucker and his band weren't just in town for the concert Saturday night.

He announced at the concert they were also filming for a new music video.

The single, 'Homegrown Honey', will release on Monday.

He told the crowd at the concert, what better place to film that song, than in South Carolina.

Rucker is from Charleston.
