Conway man pleads guilty to Attempted Kidnapping

Bill Rex Adams pleaded guilty Tuesday to Attempted Kidnapping.
He entered a home on Johnson Short Cut Road near Conway on March 17, 2012.
Someone in the home found him in a girl's bedroom, rubbing her back and feet.
Adams left through the window.
The girl said he tried to get her to leave by asking her to go outside to play.
Circuit Court Judge Steven H. John, sentenced Adams to 15 years in South Carolina's Department of Corrections. He must be incarcerated for 85 percent of this sentence before he has any possibility of release.
Once released from incarceration, Mr. Adams will be required under South Carolina law to register as a Sex Offender for the remainder of his life.
