A manufacturer of environmentally friendly fuel products based in Conway is expanding and creating 36 jobs in Horry County.
B3C Fuel Solutions will expand its existing Horry County headquarters as part of this $305,000 investment over a three-year period.
B3C products aim to extend the life of equipment engines by preventing issues like water intrusion or buildup of impurities. With this move, the company will expand its existing product line of fuel solutions with its new FUEL LIFE technology.
This new product is designed to stabilize and deter water accumulation in fuel, virtually eliminating the need for liquid fuel additives, according to a news release.
"As a total fuel solutions company, continuous innovation and new product development are the keys to our success," said Brian Boezi, CEO of B3C Fuel Solutions. "This new technology has the potential to change the fuel additive industry as we know it today by stopping fuel-related engine problems before they start. We are pleased to be expanding our existing headquarters in Conway and appreciate the support of the local community and the state in our growth."
B3C Fuel Solutions manufactures and distributes products to more than 25,000 retail outlets including Home Depot, Tractor Supply and Walmart.
"B3C's expansion in Horry County once again demonstrates that South Carolina is where companies can grow and succeed," said Gov. Nikki Haley. "We remain committed to providing an environment that fosters innovation and technology in manufacturing and celebrate the 36 new jobs coming to Conway."
