Charlotte homicide suspect may head to Myrtle Beach
Police said they are looking for a suspect wanted in connection to a homicide in southwest Charlotte, and police have reason to believe he may have left North Carolina for Myrtle Beach.
Our affiliate, WSOC, says police believe Rayfield killed a man using a blunt object in a home on Red Hickory Lane last Tuesday.
Detectives said Rayfield could be driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee with a North Carolina license plate RXR-1112. Police said the Jeep is champagne in color, has a decal of a marlin on the back windshield and a front tag with a beach scene on it.
