One person has been charged in connection with a shooting over the weekend at Club 503 on 8th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach.

Robert Cameron Perry, 21, has been charged with Attempted Murder in relation to the incident, according to Myrtle Beach police online bookings.

Around 6 a.m. Sunday, a witness said a man was asked to leave the club because of an argument that caused a disruption, according to a police report.

The man and a group of his friends left, threatened a club employee, got into an SUV, and began to drive off when someone in the SUV fired shots at the club, hitting a woman in the leg standing nearby, the report added.

Capt. David Knipes with Myrtle Beach police said more arrests are to be made.
