Deputies evacuated the Marion County Courthouse on Main Street for a bomb threat Friday.
The threat was called into the courthouse around 11:45 a.m., according to deputies.
We're told court hearings were being held inside at the time of the threat.
Deputies are sweeping the building for any bomb-like devices.
Sheriff Mark Richardson says they have a person of interest, and the State Law Enforcement bomb squad is the way.
We'll let you know if they find anything.
