      Body of 11-year-old found in ocean off Myrtle Beach

      Myrtle Beach Police and the Coast Guard began searching for an 11-year-old swimmer in Myrtle Beach around 8:40 Saturday night, according to Petty Officer 3rd Class Anthony Soto with the Coast Guard.

      Omarion Williams, 11, of Scotland Neck, NC, has been identified as the boy who went missing while swimming in the ocean Saturday night.

      Horry County Deputy Coroner Darris Fowler said Williams' body was found in the ocean near 11th Avenue South in Myrtle Beach Monday morning.

      He said an autopsy will be conducted Monday afternoon to figure out an exact cause of death.

      Myrtle Beach Police and the Coast Guard began searching for Williams around 8:40 Saturday night, according to Petty Officer 3rd Class Anthony Soto with the Coast Guard.

      The boy was swimming with a group of people and went under the water. The group told officers they did not see him resurface.
